Sam Walton, a 27-year-old active UK military member from the 3rd Battalion, Parachute Regiment, left his wife and two children to head to Ukraine in early March 2022. He was with Simon Lingard, Gary Bonini, and other Brits. He fled quickly and is now back with his family in the UK.
